Can I try Cloud Shipping for free?
Yes. It is free to open a Cloud Shipping account and start using our services. You only pay for the shipments you book.
Are we tied into a long contract period?
No. There is no long contractual period. You only pay for the shipments you book through Cloud Shipping.
Can I use multiple carriers?
Absolutely. Cloud Shipping lets you compare suitable services from different carriers and choose an option based on your delivery requirements and budget.
Can I get the same rates and service by going directly through a carrier?
Cloud Shipping works with leading carriers and uses combined shipping volumes to provide competitive services for businesses. You also receive support from our team, giving you one place to manage queries across multiple carriers.
Does Cloud Shipping operate carrier deliveries itself?
No. Cloud Shipping does not physically deliver your goods. We provide access to shipping services, while the selected third-party carrier collects and delivers the shipment.
Can I use Cloud Shipping alongside my existing shipping provider?
Yes. You can keep your existing setup and use Cloud Shipping for other shipment types, destinations or carrier services where it benefits your business.

Yes. We support businesses with occasional large shipments as well as customers sending multiple smaller shipments. The available services can adapt as your volumes and requirements change.
I do not ship huge volumes or large items. Can I still use Cloud Shipping?
Yes. Cloud Shipping supports businesses with different shipment sizes and volumes. Our team can help you identify an appropriate setup for your needs.
We have several UK offices shipping from different locations. Is Cloud Shipping suitable?
Yes. Multi-site workflows can be discussed with our team, including user access and shipment visibility for different offices. The appropriate setup will depend on your operational requirements.

Which sales channels does Cloud Shipping work with?
Current connection routes include Shopify, Amazon, eBay and Linnworks, together with API options for suitable custom workflows. Availability and setup depend on your systems and shipping requirements.
Can I connect multiple sales channels?
Multiple sales channels or store accounts may be connected through a suitable order-management or integration workflow. Speak to our team so we can confirm the best setup for your business.
I do not sell online but send many parcels. Is Cloud Shipping suitable?
Yes. E-commerce integration is optional. You can use Cloud Shipping for ordinary business shipments, and suitable order-management or API connections may be available where you need a more automated workflow.
Are you integrated with Royal Mail?
Royal Mail is not currently listed among our standard integration options. Integration and carrier availability can change, so please contact our team to discuss your current requirements.
Which shipping carriers can I access?
Cloud Shipping works with leading carriers including DHL, UPS and FedEx. The available carrier and service options depend on the shipment’s origin, destination, size and service requirements.

Is my data safe?
Cloud Shipping applies technical and organisational security measures, including access controls and secure systems. Personal data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy.
Is our customer data safe?
We only share information where necessary to provide services—for example with selected carriers, customs authorities and relevant service providers. You should also protect your account by using a unique, strong password and never sharing your login details.
Do you offer integrations for shipments originating outside the UK?
Integration and carrier availability depends on the required origin, destination and workflow. Contact our team with the countries and expected volumes so we can confirm what is currently supported.

How do I pay for my shipments?
Payments are made to Cloud Shipping or one of our selected partners, rather than directly to the carrier. Available methods may include account top-up, BACS or Direct Debit. Any payment terms offered depend on the company’s credit status and agreed account setup.
Can I speak to someone if I need help with a shipment?

What should I do if there is a problem with my shipment?

What happens if my shipment is lost or damaged?
Contact our support team promptly with the shipment reference and supporting information. Carrier claim deadlines and requirements apply, and any optional shipment protection is subject to its provider’s terms. Full details are available in our Terms and Conditions.
